Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:Elite Driving School in St. Augustine, FL is looking for a passionate and patient Driving Instructor to help new drivers gain the skills and confidence they need on the road. If you love working with people and have a knack for teaching, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide behind-the-wheel instruction to student drivers of varying skill levelsDeliver classroom-based driver's education lessons covering traffic laws and safe driving practicesEvaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve driving skillsMaintain accurate student records, lesson logs, and progress reportsEnsure the safety of students during all in-vehicle training sessionsConduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure training vehicles are road-readyPrepare students for Florida DMV road tests and written examsRequirements:Valid Florida Driving Instructor license or ability to obtain oneClean driving record with no major traffic violations25 Years OldHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient, calm demeanorPrior teaching, coaching, or instructional experience preferredAbility to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsKnowledge of Florida traffic laws, road signs, and DMV testing requirementsAbout Us:Elite Driving School has been a trusted name in driver education in the St. Augustine, FL area, committed to producing safe and confident drivers through high-quality instruction.
