Systems Administrator
Location: Highland Hills, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Hours: Flexible within the client’s schedule — as early as 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: 6-month contract +

Position Summary
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to provide day-to-day technical support for approximately 2,700 users across a client environment supporting financial institutions and cryptocurrency companies. This role will focus heavily on PC configuration, connectivity, VPN support, troubleshooting, and end-user technical assistance.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hands-on support environment, troubleshooting issues over the phone, and assisting users with hardware, connectivity, and system-related problems.

This is a 100% onsite position in Highland Hills, Ohio , Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week .
The schedule may begin as early as 6:00 AM , with an example schedule of 6:00 AM–2:30 PM , or may follow a more traditional 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule depending on business needs.
